Extended Warranty

On installation of a Melag steriliser you will have a standard 2 year parts and labour warranty. Within one month of your autoclave being installed you can add on a 2 year extended warranty.

The warranty terms:

• The unit is installed by authorised Melag service agent.
• A service is performed and an annual maintenance kit installed by a Melag authorised service agent every 12 months.
• The warranty covers all parts and labour within four years of install if all conditions are met.
• A Melag Authorised service agent must be used for all warranty claims.
• Travel costs of the service agent are not included in the warranty.
• Loan units are not provided and associated costs are to be negotiated by the customer with their local Melag technician.
• Servicing parts & ongoing consumables not included
